Together We Heal: Support Group for Birth-Related Distress

If you’ve felt isolated in your postpartum experience—misunderstood by friends, family, or even your provider—you’re not alone. This six-week online group is a safe, supportive space for anyone navigating any stage of postpartum healing, from recent birth to years beyond.
Led by Emily, each one-hour weekly session offers space to share, listen, and begin to heal—together.

One-on-One Guidance

These private coaching sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are in your healing journey. Whether you're navigating a recent birth trauma, years of unspoken anxiety, or the quiet aftermath of postpartum distress, Emily offers grounded, compassionate guidance. Together, you’ll work to untangle what's been left unsaid, reclaim your sense of self, and move forward with clarity.
Sessions are one hour and conducted via Zoom.

The Story Is Still Yours: Writing Your Way Beyond

This eight-week online course offers a gentle, creative space to explore and give voice to your birth story—on your own terms. Through simple, supportive writing exercises led by Emily, a seasoned creative writing instructor, you’ll begin to untangle the silence, grief, anger, or confusion that so often surrounds traumatic birth experiences.
No writing experience is needed. Just bring your story, wherever you are in your journey.

The Other Side of the Story: A Space for Partners to Process

If you’re supporting someone who’s experienced a difficult birth, you may feel helpless, unsure how to show up, or overwhelmed by your own unspoken emotions. This offering is for partners—those who want to better understand, support, and heal alongside the person they love.
Led by Emily, these one-hour sessions create space to process your own experience, ask the hard questions, and learn how to be present through the long arc of postpartum healing.
Open to all partners, at any stage of the journey.
